Journey of the Magi

Camels by Bob Commin

Dear Friends, blog Followers and Poetry Groups,

The 6th January is the feast of the Epiphany and it begins with the Coming of the wisemen to the Christ-child. Here is a little reminder of the event, my reading of the Journey of the Magi by T.S.Eliot. One of the magi tells the story of the journey many years later when he is an old man. What he journeyed to see intrigues him still when he is old, and he would do it again, despite the doubt, the obstacles, the many questions. They had touched on a mystery and meaning which informed their lives.

Stay Safe

Bob

Its a telling that is grounded and real and without tinsel and bling–it takes one into the heart of Spirit in matter and matter in Spirit which seems to be what Incarnation is about
